By downloading or using the ZyncRide app, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the app.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use ZyncRide. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.
2. User Accounts
- Your account is personal and non-transferable.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Do not share your OTP or credentials with anyone.
3. Ride-Sharing Rules
- Drivers must hold a valid driving licence and ensure the vehicle is roadworthy and insured.
- Passengers must be at the pickup location at the agreed time.
- Rides must be used for legitimate personal travel only.
- Users must behave respectfully and lawfully during every ride.
4. Cancellations
Users may cancel a booking before the ride begins. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in account restrictions.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Providing false information or impersonating another person.
- Using the platform to transport illegal goods or for unlawful purposes.
- Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against other users.
- Using automated scripts or bots on the platform.
6. Account Termination
ZyncRide reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these terms or poses a safety risk to the community.
7. Limitation of Liability
ZyncRide is a technology platform connecting drivers and passengers. We are not liable for any damages, injuries, or disputes arising between users during or after a ride.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ZyncRide after an update constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
